Just download http://www.videohelp.com/download/mkvtoolnix-unicode-2.9.8-setup.exe
install the software, open your original file from [qIIq], open this [qIIq-shani] sub file, tick all the files and start muxing.
it wont take more than a minute.
So this is how you do it.
1. Run mkvmergeGUI.exe [after you have installed the software, i gave link above]
2. 'Add/Open' the original [qIIq]_Bakemonogatari_07_[720p].mkv file and [qIIq-shani]_Bakemonogatari_07_[720p].ass file. Tick all the files.
3. Select [qIIq-shani].ass file in the list and give the 'trackname' [qIIq-shani] or whatever you like.
4. Set 'Language' as 'Eng'
5. Set 'Default Track Flag' as 'Yes'
6. Select Original [qIIq] .ass file and set the 'Default Track Flag' as 'No'
7. Give the output file a name. for instance: [qIIq-shani]_Bakemonogatari_07.mkv or "anything".mkv
8. Click "Start Muxing" and your done ;)
