Unpack both .dgc and .zip and put the .scr (screen saver itself) and .dll files (resources it needs) to your Windows folder. .NET Framework 4.0 is required (and included), install it if needed. See #149683's comments for detailed instructions. The only file different from the previous release is .dgc archive.
