I am running Vista and for whatever reason after i mount and install this, it is telling me that "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_33.ddl was not found" this is my first time trying a game like this, am i doing something wrong?

A warning to all, I could not succesfully extract setup from the bin file on Windows 7. However On my older PC with vista installed, everything ran smoothly. I then took a flash drive and simply copied and pasted my the files to my program files on my pc with Windows 7 and everything worked great.
A very, very persnickety file.
