In the special report segment, we take a look at a new way of building a house: box unit construction. In this method, a house is built not from the ground up, but by stacking box units on top of one another, with 90% of the work being done in a factory. What's more, the units are made of heavy-duty steel frames, allowing the units to be stacked to create earthquake-resistant buildings 8 stories tall.
