You forgot to include the closing parenthesis for the \pos tag in this line:
Dialogue: 0,0:01:18.39,0:01:18.95,op kara right outline,,0,0,0,,{\fscx110\fscy140\frz339.299\3c&H5692CB&\pos(1081,630}uu!

While it doesn't cause any problems for VSFilter, it does for libass.
