Two things that keep bugging me:
1. You seem to be a dub watcher, so why do you keep dual-audio releases? Dub-only would save you some space on your HDD.

3. There is no way in hell this is high quality as the source is over 15 years old and the source was bad to begin with.
I don't think there will ever be high quality rips. Unless someone can point me in the right direction I have no choice but to grab this version.
Tenchi TV1/Universe R2Js were released on Nyaa a couple years ago, but no one has synced the English subtitles and/or English audio track to them. They do however look vastly superior to the obvious VHS transfer R1 DVDs. Also no decent rip of Tenchi TV2/Tokyo R2Js are known to exist. Or at least not that I've ever seen.
